Spa Botanica
SPA BOTANICA, Singapore’s first garden destination spa, is home to Asia’s first mud pools, float pools with cascading waterfalls, meditative labyrinths and Galaxy Mud Detox. Voted fourth in The World’sTopTen Urban Day Spas by 2007 Conde NastTraveller UK, the spa aims to bring the spa experience outdoors as well as in.
Built on a heritage site at a cost of S$10.5 million, the 6000-square-metre facility has 21 treatment rooms, 15 of them indoors with each bearing the name of an essential oil. Six outdoor pavilions, named after local floral blooms, come with private gardens and spa baths.
Indoors, the Spa Botanica Suite is a luxurious treat with a private outdoor deck, spacious treatment areas and a whirlpool. At the Royal Suite, a 450kg King’s Bath is the centrepiece. Hand-tooled from cast bronze, it can retain the warmth of a soothing milk, sensuous floral or therapeutic herbal bath.
Spa Botanica harnesses the positive energy of nature, high-touch therapies from the east and west and merges them with modern
amenities. Each treatment is designed to optimise the benefits of the rich botanical heritage of the region.
Set to unveil an all-new destination dining experience, Spa Botanica’s new restaurant The Garden will present healthful cuisine with wholesome organic dishes, power smoothies and more. Located amidst the lush tropical garden setting of Spa Botanica, it will complement the spa to provide spa goers with a complete sensory experience for an indulgent spa retreat.
